Feed The Homeless

Our “Feed the Homeless” hands-on project is a partnership with the Amazing Grace Ministries program at Christ Episcopal Church (corner Maryland Parkway and St. Louis Ave.) where Club members distribute a nourishing meal, clothing and personal hygiene kits. Our Club has elected to provide the meals on the 5th Wednesday of any month. Club members help set up tables and chairs, sort clothing for distribution and prepare to serve about 200 meals for that evening. Distribution of the clothing starts at 5:30 and the dinner meals at 6:00. Club members help clean up and we are normally finished by 7:00. Some of our members make it a community service event for their own companies. Here are some pictures of the event.
