Greenspokes

A new member joining Las Vegas Southwest Rotary is called a Greenspoke, and is required to attend four (4) Greenspokes meetings and one board meeting. Upon completion of these requirements, they become full-fledged members who are entitled to propose new members or run for office.

Greenspokes meetings focus on the Rotary Avenues of Service:

Community Service
Vocational Service
Youth Exchange
International Service
Club Service

These meetings are often held at a club member’s home, and provide a good means for interaction between all Rotarians, spouses, and/or significant others.
